About Us

Intech Chemical Solutions Pty Ltd (ICS) is the 21st Century successor to Deluxe Chemicals Pty Ltd, an Australian-owned company founded to provide high-technology chemical wash solutions to the hospitality, commercial, hospital and institutional laundry markets, food processing, dairies, breweries’ as well as other industries.

 

The aim of Intech Chemical Solutions is to continue providing its customers with the high level of service and cost-effective cleaning solutions they have enjoyed.

Our product offering has expanded to include products specifically designed to suit the exacting requirements of the health, hospitality, and related food processing industries.

​

We take pride in the fact that all of our products have been developed and tested in Australia by Australians using the most up to date technology available in the world.

​

The principals of Intech Chemical Solutions pioneered the modernisation of the industrial chemical industry.

​

Our achievements include:

​

  • development in the 1990’s of the trailblazing innovation of stabilised multiple enzymes in laundry formulations, a process verified by Novo Denmark;

  • first company to introduce a total liquid washing system in the 1980’s;

  • heightened environmental awareness from the early 1980’s, 

  • effective low alkalinity technology

  • introduction of first cold water washing for Hosplan

  • prominent environmentalist in product development

  • assisted customers to reduce number of chemicals used, automation of chemical dosing, safe manual handling of products through colour coding.

  • HACCP Approved

  • ISO Accredited

Coupled with these advances, Intech Chemical Solutions works closely with its customers to reduce the number of different products used in their cleaning processes. This alone has resulted in significant gains to the industry through:

  • Significant reduction in labour costs. Manual chemical dosing has been replaced by computer-controlled pumps;

  • Substantial savings in chemical costs. By removing the human element from the chemical dosing operation this process is infinitely better controlled and chemical wastage reduced; and

  • Colour coded products and program charts. Assist operators to carry out their work without errors.

Local suppliers for our raw materials enables us to control all aspects of the formulation of the Intech Chemical Solutions range of industrial chemicals in our own production facility in Sydney as well as delivering confidence in 100% reliability of supply.
